Double Board-Certified Care – Right Here in Coral Gables

Personalized, Root-Cause-Focused Treatment for Families in Our Community

Coral Gables is one of South Florida's most beautiful and cherished communities—a historic, planned "City Beautiful" renowned for its stunning Mediterranean Revival architecture, lush tree-lined streets, pedestrian-friendly vibe, and deep sense of culture and elegance. Home to the prestigious University of Miami, Coral Gables blends upscale family living with vibrant academic energy, attracting families, professionals, and thousands of college students pursuing excellence in one of the nation's top research universities. The area boasts highly rated public and private schools (including Coral Gables Senior High, Gulliver Prep, and others consistently ranked among Florida's best), over 60 parks and green spaces (like the iconic Venetian Pool, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, and Matheson Hammock Park), world-famous landmarks such as the Biltmore Hotel and Miracle Mile for shopping, dining, and events, plus easy access to Miami's beaches and downtown—all creating an idyllic, safe environment for children, teens, and young adults to grow and explore. Yet the demands of rigorous academics, social transitions, independence, university pressures, and emerging adulthood can still challenge mental health and well-being. As a double board-certified psychiatrist with profound roots in Coral Gables—having earned my medical degree from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, completed residency and fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital / University of Miami, and currently serving as a Voluntary Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Miami—I truly understand these unique community and campus dynamics. With my Coral Gables office right here in the heart of it all, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help your child, teen, college student, or young adult thrive.
